The deno doc --json document, narrowed to the parts discovery reads.
A specifier that names one module produces exactly one entry under nodes,
keyed by the module deno doc resolved — the specifier itself for a registry
one. A directory produces one entry per module file found under it, which is
why directories are refused before discovery runs.
