iendChunkRefiner(): Refiner<PngChunkUnknown, IendChunk, []>

Creates a refiner for IEND (Image End) chunks.

This refiner transforms raw IEND chunk bytes into a structured IendChunk object. Since IEND has no data, this simply converts the type field.
